Return and Refund Policy

Handmade Items:

• Certain items are handmade and hand-dyed. 
• Colors and materials from natural dyes behave differently.
• Any item you purchase is one of a kind.
• Our items are produced for you and are full of love and care.
• Designs are made and changed by us.

Damage Goods:

Damages, after the shipment leaves our hands, are the responsibility of the carrier. Any claims should be made with the carrier directly. You are responsible for inspecting and determining that the material is acceptable within 1 day of shipment. 

Returns:

There are no Returns on custom-made items such as personalized items, or personalized logos on items.

Prices:

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct printing errors & limit quantities.
